We use your information to operate and improve the Platform, facilitate vehicle listings and buyer-seller communication, send service-related notifications, personalise your experience and search results, prevent fraud and ensure platform security, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with other users as part of the listing process (e.g., your city and province on listings), service providers who assist our operations under strict confidentiality agreements, law enforcement when required by law or to protect safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with prior notice.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 24 months to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation, you have the right to access your personal information held by MotorMatch, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent for certain data processing, request deletion of your personal data, and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, access controls and authentication, and secure data centres located in Canada. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party service you access through our Platform.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
9. International Transfers
